App reinstallation

There are certain cases in which updating the data of the app requires a complete reinstallation.


  1. We have made a massive load of products very important. More than 50 new products, with images, etc.
  2. We’ve reassigned categories.
  3. We’ve changed images
  4. We don’t see the latest updates in the app.

In any of these cases it is recommended that you reinstall the app by following these steps.

  1. Going off the rails. Exit the active user.
  2. Delete Cache and Storage Data from the app. Go to configuration/applications, select bycommercial, and delete all data from it.
  3. Uninstall the app.
  4. Reset device
  5. Reinstall the app.
  6. Logging in. Re-enter the store code, user and password.

This process is not absolutely necessary in all cases or on all devices, but it is recommended for effective commissioning of the app.
