Entrepreneurs have certain qualities and attitudes that make them different from those that are not. Some are born with them and others develop them during their life. In the next section we will try to discover them.

BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE UNDERTAKE

When we speak of an entrepreneurial character, we refer to an attitude, a way of seeing and experiencing life and an innate capacity to see where others do not see.

Entrepreneurs believe that they can improve the current state of affairs, that they can solve problems on their own or that they are able to satisfy needs that others or themselves experience.

In the process, these people pursue the achievement of a personal, economic or social reward, through recognition.

WHAT PROJECTS THE ENTREPRENEURIAL PEOPLE CARRY OUT

The projects that the entrepreneurs carry out can be of two types:

Business
Personal satisfaction
Economic satisfaction

Humanitarian
Personal satisfaction
Social recognition

QUALITIES OF ENTREPRENEURIAL PERSONS

Entrepreneurs usually have a series of qualities that, to a greater or lesser degree, they take advantage of to achieve their goals or objectives. The following must be highlighted:

Innovation: innovative people always find valuable ways to make new things from new ideas.

Perseverance: people who persevere do not surrender to difficulties and confront them convinced that they will overcome them.

Seduction: entrepreneurs get others to support and participate in their ideas and projects.

Initiative: entrepreneurs are not hiding waiting for an ideal situation, but they act with the means at their disposal.

Flexibility: enterprising people manage to adapt their projects to reality without losing their essence. They are able to match their ideas with other points of view.

Learning: entrepreneurs are able to learn from their own failures and transform those experiences into a source of value to face future projects.

Entrepreneurs are different, special, hate mediocrity and boredom, and make their environment a better place by creating wealth. Any country that wants to improve must encourage its entrepreneurs as well as their companies, which are the basis of economic progress.
